Designing a Next-Gen «Service Scheduling» Feature for Autonomous Fleets

Задача: Fleet managers struggled to predict vehicle downtime due to service needs. The goal was to design a proactive maintenance scheduler that integrates with IoT diagnostics to suggest service slots before a breakdown occurs.
Решение: I designed an «Autonomous Scheduling» panel that visualizes vehicle health as a color-coded timeline. The solution allows managers to «Drag & Drop» service slots, automatically adjusting the fleet availability. I introduced a gamified «Health Score» widget to give managers a quick overview of fleet status.
Результат: Successful beta test with 100 fleet managers resulted in a 25% reduction in unplanned downtime. The NPS score for the dashboard increased from 32 to 58.
