Задача: The existing dashboard for site coordinators was cluttered and made it difficult to match eligible patients to specific clinical trials. The task was to create a new «Smart Matching» interface to reduce the manual screening time from hours to minutes.
Решение: I designed an AI-assisted dashboard that uses progressive disclosure. The primary view is a «Patient Radar» — a visual matrix showing patient eligibility scores. I introduced a «One-Click Contact» module that auto-generates personalized outreach emails based on the patient's medical history, saving coordinators from writing custom messages.
Результат: Average patient screening time decreased from 45 minutes to 12 minutes. The research team reported a 20% increase in patient enrollment rates during the Q3 pilot.
