Описание: FolioApp is looking for a **Community Manager** to grow the platform's community on Telegram and build partnerships with other communities and channels.
**What you'll do:**
1. **Grow and moderate the FolioApp community on Telegram** — engage members, manage content, feedback and in-chat/in-channel activities.
2. Develop and execute a community growth strategy — from a content plan to activities that boost engagement.
3. **Work with partners** — owners of other communities and Telegram channels, find points of collaboration, arrange cross-promotions and joint activities.
4. Track community metrics (growth, engagement, churn) and prepare regular reports.
5. Collect feedback from platform users and share insights with the product team.
Требования: **Requirements:**
1. At least **1 year of experience** growing and running communities on **Telegram** (personal project, commercial community or media channel).
2. Understanding of audience engagement mechanics in messaging apps — post formats, activities, moderation.
3. Experience building partnerships with other channels and communities — collaborations, cross-promotion.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate with partners.
5. Interest in creative industries — design, art, fashion — is a plus.

Contract with a **self-employed individual (samozanyatiy)**. Workload (part-time or full-time) is discussed individually; the role is remote.
