Идея: I'm growing Ultracontemporary Studio, a creative production studio, into a new line of business — designing and building **media facades and large-scale multimedia installations** for buildings, malls, event spaces and urban sites. We've already delivered video art and multimedia content projects, and we're now expanding into full-cycle delivery: engineering design, structural calculations, production and turnkey installation.
The market for media facade creative is growing alongside urban and commercial real estate — clients don't just need LED screens, they need engineering-sound, artistically considered solutions. We want to close that gap by combining the studio's production expertise with a strong engineering team.
Revenue model: project contracts with developers, shopping centers, event and advertising agencies, plus in-house creative commissions for city administrations.

We also have an open staff position for a design engineer — but launching media facades as a standalone business line needs a partner, not just a hire.
Нужно: Looking for a cofounder — a **design engineer** with experience in media facades, outdoor advertising or facade construction:
1. Technical development of media facade projects — from concept sketch to working documentation.
2. Structural engineering calculations: wind and snow loads, strength, mounting systems.
3. Equipment selection (LED screens, video controllers, mounting hardware).
4. Setting up a turnkey production and installation process, overseeing contractors on-site.
I'll own production, the creative side, client relationships and marketing for this business line.
Условия: Equity in the new business line from **25%**, with room to grow as the first projects are delivered. Hybrid format — joint site visits and client meetings. The first projects are already in the pipeline.
