Full-Stack Cofounder for a Customer Chatbot Platform

Идея: I'm building a platform for creating and managing **customer-facing chatbots** — a no-code builder that lets businesses put together a bot for Telegram, WhatsApp and their website in hours: handling inquiries, answering FAQs, qualifying leads, syncing with a CRM, and handing off complex questions to a human agent.
What sets it apart from existing builders is the **hybrid handoff**: the bot handles routine requests but smoothly passes the conversation to a human with full context, so the customer never has to repeat themselves. A separate analytics module shows the most common questions, where customers drop off, and where the bot lacks the data to answer.
Target audience: small and mid-sized service businesses, e-commerce and local service providers (clinics, salons, delivery) that can't afford enterprise customer service tools.
Есть: I've interviewed 20+ small and mid-sized business owners about their current customer service pain points, and I have a prototype of the user flows and bot-builder structure (Figma). Several local businesses have agreed to test the product on real inbound traffic.

1. Architecture for the visual scenario builder (no-code dialog flow editor).
2. Integrations with messaging platforms (Telegram Bot API, WhatsApp Business API) and CRM systems.
3. Logic for handing conversations off from bot to human agent with full context preserved.
4. Backend for storing and processing conversations, plus a conversation analytics module.
I'll own the product, acquiring first customers among small and mid-sized businesses, and building the sales process.
Условия: Equity from **35%** for the technical cofounder. Remote, open to regular calls and sprints. Bootstrapped MVP to start, considering investment once we have pilot customers.
