Идея: I'm building an AI service for generating interior and architectural visualizations. An architect or interior designer uploads a floor plan, references and a brief — the service generates several styled visualization options within minutes, with realistic lighting, materials and furniture placement.
The goal is to cut the time needed to prepare client-ready visuals from several days of traditional 3D rendering to a few hours, leaving final polish to the specialist. A separate track targets developers and real estate agents generating visuals for pre-construction sales.
Revenue model: subscriptions for designers and architects (monthly generation limits) plus enterprise plans for developers and real estate agencies.

Through the community I have relationships with working architects, design studios and several real estate developers ready to test the service on real projects and give structured feedback.
Нужно: Looking for a technical cofounder with experience in **generative image models and 3D/visualization**:
1. Fine-tuning generative models for architectural visualization (lighting, materials, perspective, plan accuracy).
2. Building the pipeline from floor plan + references to a finished visualization.
3. Integrating with architectural software formats (importing plans from AutoCAD, SketchUp, ArchiCAD).
4. Building infrastructure for fast generation (GPU, rendering queues).
I'll own the community, partnerships with architecture firms and developers, product hypotheses, and promotion within the audience.
Условия: Equity partnership from **30%**, depending on contribution to development. Remote, with occasional in-person meetings to test the product on partners' real projects. Bootstrapped MVP to start.
